ELAHERE Support Services (ESS) is here to help you navigate your treatment journey with ELAHERE
Once enrolled, ESS can help you with insurance coverage questions and provide nursing support for your ELAHERE questions.
Nurse Navigators offered through ELAHERE Support Services
- Trained nurses are available by phone to answer questions about FDA-approved information on ELAHERE while offering ongoing support throughout your treatment journey
Case Managers offered through ELAHERE Support Services
- Case Managers will help answer your questions about insurance coverage, copay, or the Patient Assistance Program (PAP)

How can ELAHERE Support Services help me with the cost of my ELAHERE prescription?
- Once you are enrolled in ELAHERE Support Services, your Case Manager will help you understand the coverage offered through your insurance including cost details about your own insurance plan and explore options for financial assistance
- If you have commercial insurance and meet eligibility criteria, you may pay as little as $0 per dose for ELAHERE with the co-pay assistance program*
- If you have no insurance, your current insurance does not provide sufficient coverage for treatment, or have Medicare or Medicaid, you may qualify to receive ELAHERE at no charge through the Patient Assistance Program†
Who are ELAHERE Support Services Nurse Navigators?
- ELAHERE Support Services Nurse Navigators are trained nurses who can answer questions about FDA-approved information on ELAHERE. They can provide information such as the indication, usage and side effects of ELAHERE. They play an important role in supporting you through your treatment journey and ensure you have all necessary information

*Terms and conditions apply. Patients are eligible for co-pay assistance if enrolled in private commercial health insurance and are not covered by state or federal healthcare programs, and who meet the eligibility criteria. Patients will be enrolled for 12 months. There are no income requirements to participate in the program.
†Criteria include: patients who are uninsured or have insurance that excludes coverage for ELAHERE (including patients on Medicare or Medicaid), residents of the United States or Puerto Rico, and patients who meet the financial eligibility requirements. Terms and conditions apply.
